As a Registered Social Service Worker and a registered ProviderConnect provider in Ontario, we make it easier to claim through your extended health benefits.
Our support sessions
At Rooted Care, we believe in providing clear, accessible, and trauma-informed support. Currently, we offer a dedicated one-on-one virtual session type for individuals in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, and across the province. Future offerings are planned as our practice grows.
Rooted care support session
A 60-minute one-on-one session designed for women navigating burnout, chronic stress, emotional overload, or medical trauma. This grounded, reflective space helps you explore your experiences and identify supportive next steps.
Before your session
Once your session is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all appointment details. A short intake form may be sent to better understand your specific needs and goals, ensuring our time together is productive and tailored to you.
After your session
Following our session, you will receive a receipt for your records. This can be submitted through your extended health benefits if your plan allows reimbursement via ProviderConnect, simplifying your claims process for our non-clinical counselling and psychoeducation services.

We will co-create a supportive and grounded virtual space where you can openly explore what you’re navigating. Our trauma-informed approach helps identify meaningful steps forward, fostering resilience and rebuilding emotional capacity to manage burnout, stress, and emotional overload effectively.
Direct billing with ease
Rooted Care is a registered provider with ProviderConnect. This means eligible clients can easily submit claims through their extended health benefits, reducing financial barriers to accessing the compassionate support and psychoeducation you need in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, and across the province.
